Keilasatama offers tenants the full range of services expected from a modern office building. The service selection includes reception services, restaurant and catering services, conference rooms, social facilities, showers and changing rooms, a fitness centre, cleaning services, security services and maintenance services. The premises for meetings and functions on the ninth floor are available for rent. For reservations, please contact Keilasatama’s restaurant.
The common areas are cleaned on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The cleaning of tenants’ own business premises is subject to a separate cleaning services contract signed by the tenant.

The building’s high-quality surface materials require professional cleaning. The purpose of cleaning services is to maintain a distinguished and tidy appearance, which creates good conditions for the building’s users and visitors. The responsibility for cleaning is divided between the property and tenant companies as follows:
– each tenant is responsible for arranging the cleaning of the leased premises
– the property is responsible for arranging the cleaning of common areas and shared facilities (lobbies, stairwells, conference room floor, etc.)
The property company has signed a service agreement with a cleaning service provider that covers the cleaning of all common areas and shared facilities.
Keilasatama is equipped with information systems that meet the standards of a modern office building. The office premises are equipped with CAT5 cabling systems for connecting IT devices. The building also includes a separate space for IT equipment where tenants can rent additional space.

Keilasatama’s reception services provide information to the building’s users and visitors for all of the companies operating in the building.
The reception services include the reception and guidance of visitors, managing visitor cards, notifying the host of the visitor’s arrival, receiving shipments from couriers and notifying their recipients, receiving and passing on various reports and alerts, supervising the premises via CCTV, supervising and maintaining public order and security in the building, receiving and passing on service requests related to business premises, as well as other miscellaneous and minor service tasks that can be carried out without leaving the reception area.
If reception services are not covered by the lease, the tenant must sign a reception service agreement with the management responsible for the building’s business premises.
Restaurant and catering services
Sodexo Oy operates a staff restaurant in the building, located on the ground floor near the main entrance.

The restaurant at Keilasatama 5 accepts Lounasseteli lunch vouchers, eazy break, e-passi, mobile pay, debit cards and credit cards as payment methods. Other payment methods, such as payment by access card, may be negotiated with Sodexo.
A microwave oven is available in the restaurant on the ground floor for heating packed lunches. Customers can use the tableware available in the restaurant.
The restaurant includes two lunch cabinets. Contact the restaurant for rental enquiries. The cabinets can be booked directly at the restaurant or online via the restaurant’s booking system > Tenants can obtain login details for the booking system from the Restaurant Manager.

The nearest retail and recreational services to Keilaniemi are available in Tapiola, which is approximately one kilometre away.
